Clifton Ingram LLP is seeking an experienced and proactive Litigation Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join our growing team based in Farnham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator with a residential property bias, particularly in possession proceedings and rent arrears recovery, to take on a varied and rewarding caseload.
The Role
- Managing your own caseload of litigation matters from instruction through to resolution
- Advising clients on possession claims, including accelerated and standard procedures
- Handling rent arrears recovery, including enforcement action
- Dealing with general residential property disputes, including tenancy breaches and property-related claims
- Representing clients in hearings where appropriate or instructing counsel
- Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
- 5+ years’ PQE as a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in litigation with a residential property focus
- Proven track record in possession proceedings and rent arrears work
- Excellent case management and organisational skills
- Strong advocacy and client care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to undertake supervisory responsibilities, including supporting and overseeing paralegals where appropriate
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
