We are looking to appoint two full‑time Learning Support Assistants to join our Enhanced Learning Department and support inclusive teaching and learning across the School. The successful candidates will be joining a supportive and collaborative team, working closely with teaching staff to help pupils, particularly those with SEND, access the curriculum and achieve their potential.

We are keen to hear from applicants who are passionate about inclusion and able to build positive, trusting relationships with young people. Learning Support Assistants will work in classrooms, small‑group and/or one‑to‑one settings, supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

The role includes:

  • Assisting with the delivery of targeted interventions
  • Adapting learning resources
  • Supporting Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and access arrangements
  • Maintaining a calm, purposeful learning environment

Both posts are full‑time, term‑time only, working 37.5 hours per week. Pro‑rated salary range: £20,578.89 pa to £22,042.20 pa (£26,228 pa to £28,093 pa FTE), depending on experience.
