My Manchester based client, a privately-owned Property Investment & Asset Management company, is looking for an Asset Management Surveyor to join the highly professional and acknowledged Commercial Property team.
In this role you will assist the Commercial Director and other members of the property management team in the management and development of commercial properties throughout the North West.
Responsibilities within this Asset Management position will include maintaining successful tenant relationships, report writing, preparing terms and licences, and in-house leases, and being responsible for lease negotiations, all the time keeping a continued focus of improving the portfolio. Your confident communication skills will enable you to successfully liaise with agents within the market relating to lettings and disposals within the portfolio, and you will relish the variety this role can truly offer.
Requirements
- Commercial Property related degree, and ideally MRICS, or near completion of the APC (not essential)
- Recent experience in an Asset Management/Property Management position
- A real passion for Commercial Property and for "first class" delivery
- Knowledge of the North West commercial property market
- Strong communication skills
- UK Driving licence
In return, my client can offer a basic salary of up to £33,000 plus a car allowance (DOE)
