An opportunity has become available for an Architectural Technician to join an up and coming medium sized practice in Manchester. Working in a modern and centrally located office the current team is made up of a talented mix of architects and technical staff. Most of them have previously worked for large corporate practices and now enjoy the freedom of working in an environment where autonomy is encouraged.
The duties will be varied and include full involvement in the projects. Although the ability to produce high quality drawings is a key element, the role is so much more and would suit an Architectural Technician with drive and a willingness to take on further responsibility. Revit and AutoCad skills would be an advantage, but full software training will be given. If you’re an experienced technician with strong technical ability and this could be the right role for you. Technicians with limited job running experience will also be considered as they’re willing to upskill for the right person.
Currently working across an interesting mix of sectors including motor trade, student accommodation, residential and MOJ the practice has ambitious plans, and as they grow they intend to reward loyalty with career progression and financial reward.
