With a reputation for excellence and integrity, they have a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK. As a result of continued business growth, they are now seeking a chartered commercial property surveyor to join their prestigious commercial team in Liverpool.
They are looking for a commercially aware, ambitious commercial property surveyor who has had minimum 3 years’ experience within a commercial property role, ideally with experience in managing a range of clients and carrying out commercial valuations and with the confidence to handle all areas of property management.
Duties will include:
- Managing both Landlord and tenant advisory
- Producing monthly client reports
- Service charge administration
- Offering an exceptional level of service to a portfolio of high profile client
- Working closely with maintenance contractors to ensure that work is carried out to a high standard
- Conducting property inspections and carrying out valuations
We are looking either for a newly qualified or an experienced chartered surveyor. Our client can offer a long and rewarding career with the opportunity to progress and to manage some of the most prestigious clients within the commercial and investment markets.
Salary £30,000 - £45-000k plus company car, bonuses, healthcare, pension and rewards.
