Clifton College Education Group are looking to recruit a People Advisor who will work multi-site across Tockington Manor School and Clifton College. The postholder must have a valid driving licence and access to their own transport. The People Advisor will provide consistent, professional advice and guidance to leaders and staff across the full employee lifecycle, supporting compliance, engagement and wellbeing. A key part of the role will be aligning people practices following the merger of Tockington Manor School into the Group, and helping embed a positive, values-driven workplace culture across all business areas.

Safeguarding is underpinned by a range of policies and procedures which encourage and promote safe working practice across the Group. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to complete an enhanced criminal record disclosure (DBS check) and undergo our pre-employment screening. Please note that this role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, therefore you will be asked to disclose all previous convictions not exempt under amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.

  • Support compliance, engagement and wellbeing across the organisations.
  • Align people practices following the merger of Tockington Manor School into the Group and help embed a values-driven workplace culture.
  • Work across multiple sites as required.

Requirements

  • Valid driving licence and access to own transport.
  • Ability to travel across sites as required.
  • Right to work and safeguarding requirements as per policy.
