Clifton College are looking to recruit an Early Years Teaching Assistant & Holiday Club Playworker. This all-year-round role combines two complementary responsibilities within Clifton College’s Pre-Prep provision.

During term time, the postholder will work as an Early Years Teaching Assistant (TA) within the Preschool, supporting high-quality teaching and learning for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. The role involves delivering targeted learning activities, contributing to planning and assessment, and supporting pupils’ educational and social development.

During school holiday periods, the postholder will act as Minis Holiday Club Playworker, delivering the holiday provision for Preschool and Reception-aged children, engaging the children in a safe and well-structured programme of activities.
