About the Role
Clifton College is seeking an experienced and dedicated Counselling and Wellbeing Manager to join our team for a one-year fixed term to provide sabbatical cover.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and clinical leadership to our counselling service, managing two counsellors and a play therapist.
- Oversee referral pathways, manage caseloads, and hold a small clinical caseload yourself.
- Work closely with the Head of Medical Health and Welfare to align provisions with best practice guidance from the Department for Education and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
- Ensure integrated, student‑centred support to help young people navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve their full potential.
