We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and highly capable Teacher of Maths and Computing to join the Prep School at Clifton College on a fixed-term basis for the 2026/2027 academic year, commencing 1 September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and ambitious academic environment where high-quality teaching and learning are central to all that we do.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Mathematics and Computing across the Prep School, ensuring appropriate challenge and support for pupils of all abilities. You will inspire curiosity, confidence and resilience, and secure strong academic progress through effective teaching, assessment and feedback.

You will play a full role in the academic life of the School, including lesson planning and delivery, setting and marking prep and assessments, and reporting clearly on pupil progress. Collaboration is key, and you will contribute actively to departmental work, meetings, INSET and wider school initiatives. All staff are expected to contribute fully to the wider life of the Prep School. This includes pastoral responsibilities through house duties, and active involvement in the co-curricular programme, including Games and enrichment activities, which are a valued part of a Clifton education. You will also participate in assemblies, Chapel services and key school events.
