ELC Bristol is a year-round language school providing quality English language education to students from around the world. We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Residence Manager to live in a large 30‑bedroom student residence in Clifton and manage the property together with another Residence Manager and the ELC accommodation team.

You will have your own private en suite room and kitchenette (couples may also apply) and your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and help manage the residence, together with the other Residence Manager and ELC’s Principal and Self-Catering Manager, and to ensure our students are safe, happy, well looked after and fully supported in the residence and to maintain a structured and positive living environment. All students are over 18.

Your accommodation and all bills are paid by the school. This is a fixed-term position for one year, working 14.5 core hours per week. There will also be some non-core hours as required and by agreement. No fixed pattern but mostly evenings and weekends, alternating with the other Residence Manager as agreed.
