We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Clifton College Sports Centre. This is a 30-hour per week role, working on a shift basis to cover the operational hours of the Sports Centre. The role may include early mornings, late evenings and weekends. As Duty Manager, you will be the face of the centre during your shift, ensuring our customers enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sports Centre.
- Cover operational hours on a shift basis, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patrons.
- Supervise Lifeguards on shift.
- Manage pool plant duties.
- Handle customer queries, tours, and new membership sign-ups.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the sports and leisure industry.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with a 'can-do' mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
