Are you looking for a rewarding weekend role where you can make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a warm, approachable, and proactive Saturday House Coordinator to join our pastoral team in Watson's House, a boy's boarding house for pupils Year 9-13. In this vital role, you will be the beating heart of the boarding house on Saturdays, ensuring a safe, happy, and supportive environment for our pupils. Whether you are administering first aid, managing registrations, or simply offering a listening ear, your presence will help our students thrive in their school life.

To excel in this role, you will bring an empathetic, student-focused approach and the natural communication skills needed to build great rapport with teenagers and parents alike. You’ll also need strong organisational and IT skills, a calm head under pressure, and the confidence to work independently.
