The Preparatory School Administrator will work alongside the Prep School Secretary to provide high-level executive support and administration within the Prep School. The role acts as the primary "face" of the school for visitors and parents, managing complex communications, diary coordination, and school-wide events. As the Preparatory School Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the Head’s office while building vital relationships across the wider Group.

This is a Term Time Plus 5 weeks (39 weeks per year) role starting in September 2026.
