Clifton College Education Group are looking to recruit a People Advisor who will work multi-site across Tockington Manor School and Clifton College. The postholder must have a valid driving licence and access to their own transport.
Role purpose and responsibilities
- Provide consistent, professional advice and guidance to leaders and staff across the full employee lifecycle, supporting compliance, engagement and wellbeing.
- Align people practices following the merger of Tockington Manor School into the Group, and help embed a positive, values-driven workplace culture across all business areas.
Requirements and safeguarding
- The role requires a valid driving licence and access to own transport.
- For safeguarding, all posts are subject to a safer recruitment process, including enhanced disclosure checks (DBS), references prior to interview, and other vetting checks as part of pre-employment screening.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age for all roles, except lifeguard positions, which require 16+ with relevant qualifications.
