Clifton College is a vibrant hub of activity throughout the year, hosting a wide variety of events, workshops, and experiences. The Events & Operations Coordinator role will provide flexible, permanent support in the operational management and delivery of events across the College. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in dynamic environments, and takes pride in ensuring events run smoothly.
The Coordinator will assist the Experience and Programming team with operational planning, on‑day coordination, and stakeholder liaison across a diverse range of events, including:
- Educational workshops and training programs
- Conferences and corporate events
- Weddings and private bookings
- Filming projects and residential schools
- Community engagement events, including the annual triathlon
