Working closely with the Housemaster/Housemistress and pastoral staff, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality pastoral care, supporting pupil wellbeing, maintaining a positive house atmosphere, and assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the boarding house. The role includes evening and weekend duties, supporting house activities, and deputising for the Housemaster/Housemistress when required.
The successful candidate will bring experience of working in a boarding setting, excellent interpersonal skills, a calm and friendly manner, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
