1:1 Teaching Assistant – Pre‑Prep
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our Pre‑Prep (ages 3 to 7 years) from September 2026 on a one‑year fixed‑term basis.
Responsibilities
Assist with a child in class, support designated tasks in both class lessons and play, and provide support outside of the classroom with activities such as swimming or at forest school.
The exact hours of work will be flexible and dependent on the child’s needs, with 1:1 support expected Monday to Friday across the full school day.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be calm, patient, and proactive, with a genuine commitment to supporting children’s development and the ability to build strong, positive relationships.
