To lead strategic procurement sourcing projects, end to end, categories include Technology, Real Estate and Consultancy.

This global role will require engagement with stakeholders across a number of offices. They will work day‐to‐day with the procurement team, risk teams, business stakeholders, fee earners, up to Executive Director level.

The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for key relationships and global areas of spend, in particular:

  • Technology
  • Real Estate
  • Professional Services / Consultancy

The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a procurement subject‐matter expert across your area.
  • Collaborating with the Procurement team and stakeholders.
  • Negotiating commercial and contract terms with suppliers.
  • Supporting initiatives to ensure growing compliance and adherence to the firm's global procurement policies.
  • Contributing as a Procurement team member and helping drive the Procurement value proposition.

As a member of the wider Procurement team, the Senior Sourcing Manager is expected to run and manage RFPs, mark up contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and manage internal processes. The role will involve presenting and utilising influencing skills, which will be paramount, in order to articulate complex projects to stakeholders, with agreement up to Executive Director level.

Your experience:

  • A strong understanding of procurement best practice, process and tools and its application to a comparable organization.
  • A strong understanding of key procurement categories including Technology and Real Estate.
  • Good experience identifying and delivering large cost savings and efficiency opportunities through developing global sourcing strategies.
  • Good experience leading large, complex global Technology and Real Estate procurement projects.
  • Good experience negotiating and marking up supplier contracts.
  • Experience managing and influencing difficult stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership teams and project committees.
