The Role Candidates seeking a position in our London summer program will work closely with our team of partners and associates. Although summer law clerks do not need to have background experience in capital markets or finance, due to the nature of our practice, our summer program in London is based exclusively on US securities work and is limited in size.

Qualifications Your experience Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an ABA-accredited law school, with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2027. Complete applications must include a resume and law school transcript (an unofficial copy is acceptable) and you are encouraged to include a short cover letter outlining why you are interested in starting your career with the US Securities team in our London office. Only complete applications will be considered. Additionally, we encourage applicants to consider by the stage of their application whether they are willing to relocate to the United Kingdom permanently following graduation, and to be prepared to address this during the application process.
