Some agencies talk about storytelling — this one lives it. Built for the attention age, this independent creative agency helps brands earn their place in culture not by shouting the loudest, but by creating ideas people notice, share, and remember. They’re looking for a Social Account Lead to help bring those stories to life across the fast-moving world of social.
The role: The Social Account Lead is the heartbeat between creativity and delivery — part Account Director, part Project Lead — someone who ensures standout social ideas are delivered with precision, pace and polish. You’ll oversee a global social account for a major household-name brand — managing the delivery of campaigns and always-on content across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. You’ll lead day-to-day client relationships, steer multi-channel workstreams, and keep creative, strategy and production teams aligned. This is a role for someone who thrives in motion — where agility, clarity and calm are second nature.
What you’ll be up to:
- Lead client relationships day-to-day — becoming a trusted, proactive partner for all social activity.
- Manage the delivery of always-on and campaign content end-to-end: proposals, briefings, timelines, budgets and approvals.
- Build and maintain social content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality work.
- Oversee project scope, workflows, and resourcing, while managing risk and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Partner with creative, strategy and analytics teams to optimise content performance and refine future output.
- Champion best practice across social workflow, tools and delivery.
- Manage third-party creators and suppliers — from contracts to content delivery.
About you: You’re a natural bridge-builder — fluent in both creative and client language. You bring structure to the chaos of social without ever dulling its spark. You’ve led large, fast-paced social or content accounts — ideally global. You’re proactive, pragmatic and collaborative — always one step ahead. You understand creative delivery inside-out: budgets, briefs, approvals, timelines, and the satisfaction of a clean status doc. You’re confident presenting to senior stakeholders and thrive on clear communication. You know your way around tools like Asana, Sprout, and Google Workspace. You’re detail-obsessed, people-focused, and believe clarity and kindness go hand in hand.
Sound like you? Come help shape the future of social storytelling — and be part of something brilliant from day one.
