The Role- Full ownership of the site finance function, leading and developing a team
- Preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis
- Business partnering with operations to drive cost control and performance improvement
- Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Supporting strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monday - Friday, site-based role
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance position
- Manufacturing, FMCG, or operational environment experience desirable but not essential
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
