You will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day finance operations, including cash flow, invoicing and credit control, while working closely with the Managing Director and external accountants. Initially, the role will be hands‑on, focusing on building structure and improving processes, with the long‑term opportunity to develop and lead a finance team.
The ideal candidate will be a finance professional who has worked within a construction company previously and can demonstrate a good understanding of the industry and how it works.
