You'll join an established engineering team and take ownership of testing and delivery across the full end-to-end lifecycle, working closely with Product Owners and Software Engineers to design effective test strategies, build and maintain automation frameworks and ensure new functionality is robust and production ready.Your role:Own automated and manual testing, with automation as the primary focusBuild and maintain robust Playwright automation frameworks and end-to-end testsTest applications across web and mobile; mobile experience is desirable but not essentialTake ownership of testing for projects and deliveries from planning through to releaseIdentify opportunities to improve test coverage, frameworks and QA processesUse AI tooling such as Claude and GitHub Copilot to enhance automation, development and code reviewsContribute to QA best practice and mentor others where appropriateLocation / WFH:You can work from home most of the time, joining colleagues in the Bracknell office twice a week. xbpsjku About you:You have strong experience in QA / Test AutomationYou have Playwright experience, will also consider Cypress if you're happy to learnYou have experience with C#, TypeScript, JavaScript or PythonYou can take ownership and lead testing across projects and deliveriesYou have experience within cloud environments, AWS preferredYou're collaborative with great communication skillsSeniority is based on capability rather than years of experience, you'll need to demonstrate technical ownership, project leadership, mentoring and the ability to operate as a senior member of the teamWhat's in it for you:Salary to 70k + bonus23 days holiday, rising to 28 + your birthday offPension, Life Assurance, Income Protection, Critical Illness CoverHealthcareApply now to find out more about this Senior QA Test Engineer opportunity.
