You'll define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives, contribute to architectural decisions and technical designs and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritise tasks and allocate resources.
As a senior team member you'll provide technical leadership and guidance, facilitate communication and ensure coding standards and best practices, including performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback, championing quality focused software development, enforcing quality assurance standards, processes, testing methodologies, and driving initiatives to improve the development team efficiency e.g.
