Technical Support Manager Azure M365

Technical Support Manager (Azure M365) Preston / WFH to £70k Are you a Technical Support Manager with a strong knowledge of Azure combined with leadership experience? You could be progressing your career at a growing software and technology consultancy. As a Technical Support Manager you'll lead and develop a team of cloud and infrastructure engineers, building technical capability and encouraging greater ownership across Managed Services. A key focus will be shift-left: coaching junior engineers to resolve more complex issues independently, reducing reliance on senior escalation points and Professional Services. With a strong Microsoft background across Azure, Microsoft 365 and traditional infrastructure, you'll provide hands-on technical guidance while improving operational standards, service handovers and technical delivery. You'll also work directly with customers, attending meetings, presenting recommendations and building confidence through credible technical advice. Location / WFH: There's a hybrid work from home model with two days a week in the Preston office or at client sites.
