Do you have experience of supporting Windows IT infrastructure? You could be progressing your career at a small, growing MSP that provide a comprehensive range of IT services across server and network support, data centres and IT consultancy., As a Technical Support Engineer you’ll support day to day activity on clients’ IT networks but have a focus on assisting with new server and network projects, including designing and installing new networks from scratch through to deploying additional servers. You’ll respond to support requests from fully managed clients, ensuring strict SLAs are met and provide pro-active monitoring and support.
You are an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy; Microsoft Windows Desktop (Windows 10 /11), Office 365
You also have a good knowledge of Networking (ideally Cisco), Firewalls, Switches and Virtualisation using Hyper-V
You are collaborative with great communication skills, comfortable working directing with clientsWhat’s in it for you
