Are you a senior, backend focussed Software Engineer with advanced Elixir coding skills, Ecto database experience and a keen interest in AI? You could be progressing your career in an impactful Backend Software Engineer role at a highly successful American sports data analytics company that is expanding its UK presence.
As a Backend Software Engineer you'll join a small team working with Elixir to design, develop and deploy backend applications and services, ensuring performance and reliability with a focus on data processing and aggregation pipelines. You will collaborate to build a new API suite to help power NFL teams and also contribute to future AI product offerings, helping to drive the use of Artificial Intelligence in the product.
You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, participate in code reviews and explore emerging technologies as part of a collaborative, remote team of technologists who enjoy what they do.
About you:
- You have advanced Elixir coding skills combined with a strong knowledge of Ecto database
- You have experience of designing and building APIs
- You have a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and are keen to explore its uses and drive the adoption of AI in the business
