Are you a bright, ambitious technologist with experience of supporting users within a Windows environment? You could be progressing your career as a Service Desk Analyst at a technology driven sports betting / gambling company, continually learning and developing your skills.
As a Service Desk Analyst you will support internal users with 1st line support issues that come via multiple channels e.g. email, phone, chat, face to face. You'll also get involved with the monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks including installing, configuring and patching computer hardware, operating systems and applications, continually learning and progressing your career within a supportive and friendly team environment.
WFH Policy: You'll join colleagues in the St. Albans office which has been recently renovated and now boasts a fully equipped games room, onsite parking available (10 mins from M25), you'll also have the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week (following probation period).
About you:
- You have experience of helping users in a Service Desk role
- You have strong Windows desktop administration (Windows 10/11)
- You have a pro-active attitude with a desire to help people
- You have excellent written and communication skills combined with organisation and prioritisation skills
- It would be useful to also have a working knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, Office 365, Teams
- You're comfortable working within betting / gambling
