As a Senior Project Manager you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, managing everything from third‑party software implementations and new technology rollouts to market expansion programmes and operational transformation projects. Collaborating across business and technical teams, you'll coordinate multiple workstreams, manage external vendors and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
This is a highly visible role where you'll build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, define project scope and delivery plans, manage risks, dependencies and governance, and provide clear communication throughout every stage of delivery. You'll lead cross‑functional teams, challenge constructively where needed and ensure solutions are fully tested, operationally ready and deliver measurable business value.
As part of a collaborative project management team, you'll also contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, governance, tools and best practices.
Location / WFH: You'll join a friendly and sociable team in the London office two days a week with flexibility to work from home the other three days, core hours 10:00‑16:00.
About you:
- You have experience delivering medium to large, complex technology or business transformation projects.
- You have strong project planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder management skills.
- You have experience managing cross‑functional teams, 3rd‑party suppliers and multiple concurrent projects.
- You're comfortable working with senior business and technical stakeholders, including steering committees.
- You have excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- You're commercially minded with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
