Do you have experience of providing technical support to internal users within a finance / Fintech environment? You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on IT Support Engineer role at a scaling Investment Research tech company in an impactful role with great benefits and perks.
As a Senior IT Support Engineer you will be the primary technology contact for employees (c100), providing hands-on support, managing end-user devices, coordinating access requests, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes and ensuring that technology services operate smoothly across the organisation. Your role will focus on internal technology operations, user support, process improvement and technology governance whilst also collaborating with the managed service provider, who will continue to provide specialist infrastructure, security and managed services expertise. The role offers great career progression through to a leadership role with ownership of the entire IT environment over time.
Location / WFH
You'll join colleagues in the London office four days a week with flexibility to work from home once a week.
About you
- You have strong experience of supporting internal users within finance or Fintech environments
- You have strong experience of supporting Windows and macOS environments
- You have experience of administering Microsoft O365, Entra ID and related Microsoft technologies
- You have experience with endpoint management and device provisioning
- You have a good understanding of IAM principles
- You have experience of using service management or ticketing platforms
- You have strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- You're collaborative and pragmatic with experience of working with and managing third party IT providers and managed service partners
