After a hugely successful financial year, we are looking to grow the team; you'll join a warm desk with plenty of opportunity to hit the ground running. Having recently hit our annual target we paid out over £1 million in commission in the last financial year with multiple consultants billing over £250k.

What You'll Do:
- You’ll deliver high‑calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles
- You’ll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development)
- You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
- You’ll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team’s success with a focus on quality service

- You have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sector)
- You have a competitive and determined mindset
- You have strong time‑management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
