We\’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help source top-tier talent and develop client relationships at tech start-ups, software houses and financial organisations across the UK, with a focus on London markets.

What You’ll Do:
- You\’ll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles
- You\’ll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development)
- You\’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
- You\’ll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team\’s success with a focus on quality service
What We\’re Looking For:
- You have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sectors)
