Are you a bright, ambitious graduate looking to establish or progress your career? You could be joining a scaling Technology Consultancy as part of the internal business administration team which supports the company's activities and expansion.
As a Recruitment and HR Coordinator you will have a range of responsibilities including:
- Supporting with recruitment processes, covering both experienced and graduate hires
- Acting as a liaison with candidates, recruitment suppliers and direct applicants
- Checking that candidate CVs meet minimum requirements and are screened accordingly
- Coordinating interview schedules, including applying the relevant testing approach
- Invigilating testing environments
- Obtaining and consolidating feedback and test results
- Utilising recruitment system to manage open roles, including candidate pipelines, competency scorecards and reporting on hiring progress
- Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners
- Being a key point of liaison for outsourced HR and benefits
Location / WFH: You'll join colleagues in brand new Central Newcastle offices on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday), working hours 0900-1800 with some flexibility. The offices are well equipped and offer fantastic views across the City and the local countryside, many employees walk or cycle in (onsite showers available!).
About you:
- You have achieved a minimum 2.1 from a top tier / Russell Group university, backed by good A-level grades
- You have advanced organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working at all levels across the business
- You're able to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Previous administration experience within a corporate environment is desirable but not necessary
