What You'll Do:

  • Build and grow your own portfolio of technology clients
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
  • Source and place high-calibre technology professionals across a range of specialist markets
  • Develop long term client and candidate relationships built on quality and trust
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets with the support of dedicated advertising and marketing teams

About you:

  • You have experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within technology or similar professional market
  • You have a proven track record of developing client relationships and generating placements
  • You have strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach
  • You have advanced communication, organisation and relationship building skills
