Net AWS Python) London / WFH to 120k Would you like to join a growing and profitable scale-up recognised as a leading Fin Tech disruptor, where you'll have significant influence, visibility and genuine opportunities for progression?As a Staff Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the technology strategy, architecting and building highly performant, scalable solutions across the Microsoft technology stack.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional Agile teams in two week sprints, you'll champion engineering best practice, drive technical standards and ensure high quality software is delivered on schedule.
There's plenty of new development ahead, with a range of new features and initiatives to shape.
You'll also play a key role in driving the adoption of AI across the business, exploring opportunities such as chatbots, automation and AI powered process improvements.
This is a high-impact position with excellent visibility across the organisation.
Reporting directly to and working closely with the CTO, you'll have a genuine voice in technical direction and the opportunity to see the direct results of your work as the business continues to grow.
Location / WFH: There's a hybrid policy, with two days in the brand new London offices and flexibility to work from home two days a week (Thursdays and Fridays).
About you: You are an experienced Software Engineer / Developer with a strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices You have strong C# backend development skills, ideally also Python coding skills You have a good knowledge of AWSYou have experience of working on highly scalable systems You have a strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns You have experience with, or a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and are keen to explore the possibilities further e. g.
