As a Senior QA Engineer / Team Lead you will lead the transformation of the company's QA capabilities including upskilling the team, providing 1-2-1s, performance reviews and driving the use of test automation. You'll be a hands-on technical leader collaborating with engineering teams to understand objectives, capture automation requirements and code / integrate them into the testing framework with a C# .Net, AWS development environment.
This is a high profile role with business stakeholder interaction and management responsibilities, with the opportunity to progress to Head of QA.
Location / WFH: There's a hybrid work from home policy, with Monday to Wednesday in the brand new London offices and flexibility to work from home Thursday and Fridays.
About you:
- You have a wealth of software QA, test programme development and automated testing experience.
- You're collaborative and pragmatic, happy to develop and manage others including upskilling and performance management.
- You have strong hands-on experience with a variety of test tools and frameworks including Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber / Gherkin, REST / RESTful web-services, Github, TeamCity, Octopus, Jenkins, Postman.
- You have strong JavaScript and TypeScript coding skills, C# development skills also highly desirable.
- You have a good understanding of AWS and DevOps principles.
