You'll remain highly hands-on while helping shape how the infrastructure function operates for the future.What you'll do:Provide senior 3rd line support across Azure, hybrid infrastructure, networking and firewallsDesign, implement and support network and cloud infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure, resilient and scalableLead and deliver infrastructure transformation and change projects as the business moves towards a cloud-first modelTroubleshoot complex infrastructure and networking issues, taking ownership through to resolutionManage infrastructure changes within a structured ITIL/service management environmentReduce legacy and on-premise dependencies in line with the wider Technology roadmapImprove automation and scripting to make infrastructure deployments and configuration repeatable, auditable and efficientWork closely with technology leadership, security, service desk and external vendorsProvide technical escalation and knowledge
