Are you a DevOps technologist with experience of building Greenfield systems? You could be progressing your career on the Asset Management side of a global Japanese bank as they expand this product offering within the UK. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will help support the 24/7 trading environment, making improvements to existing systems and playing a key role in the building of a new trading platform for energy markets, facing off to Front Office trading teams.
This is a senior role where you'll take ownership and work with a great deal of autonomy whilst collaborating with the data engineering team.
Location / WFH: You'll be based in impressive London based offices three days a week with flexibility to work from home the other two days.
About you:
- You are an experienced DevOps Engineer from a Linux infrastructure background.
- You have experience of building Greenfield systems from scratch as well as making improvements to existing systems.
- You have experience with AWS, Terraform and real-time messaging systems.
- You have a good appreciation of data.
- You have experience of taking ownership and running projects through to completion.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You have experience within a trading / finance environment.
