Your role:
As a Senior Business Analyst you will deliver enhancements to the Repo & Security Lending's platform. You'll participate across the full software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering workshops through to signing off on test results prior to deployment. Working at the intersection between the business and technology teams you will collaborate with senior leadership business stakeholders, traders and engineering teams on a Greenfield pre-trade systems.
About you:
- You have strong experience as a Business Analyst within a trading environment with specific knowledge of Repo & Security Lending's markets (Front Office, Settlements and Collateral Management)
- You have experience of working with Front Office users (traders, quants)
- You have advanced communication skills with the ability to translate requirements from non-technical users to software engineers
- You have full SDLC experience with a good technical understanding
- You are degree educated, having achieved a 2.1 or above in a STEM discipline
