Are you a data savvy product focused Delivery Manager? You could be progressing your career at a fast growing UK tech company that is producing a SmartTV product, a kind of Netflix for music.
As a Product Delivery Manager you will own the full product and delivery lifecycle for the engineering team, bridging product strategy and engineering execution. You'll have a broad scope of responsibilities including ownership of the product roadmap and prioritisation, defining and maintaining product requirements and collaborating with senior business stakeholders and partners to shape the product direction. You'll also manage Sprint cycles (planning, stand-ups, reviews and retros), track and report of delivery KPIs, remove blockers and manage dependencies to ensure successful product delivery.
Location / WFH: You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the London office once a month. There's a sociable team environment, even with a company band who play local gigs; you'll be joining a motivated and enthusiastic team with a combined love of tech and music.
About you:
- You have strong Product Management experience
- You have experience of running Agile ceremonies within a software engineering environment
- You have advanced organisation and planning skills
- You have a strong appreciation of data including SQL querying skills and are a data driven decision maker
- You're collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication skills
