You'll define the vision, principles and prioritisation approach, partnering with the Head of Data Platform to ensure fast and consistent product delivery. There's a culture of continuous improvement, you'll collaborate with engineering teams on technical trade-offs, challenge designs and help create pragmatic solutions, whilst championing a product mindset.
