Your role:
As the IAM Lead you will drive the strategy, architecture and evolution of a modern identity platform spanning Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Active Directory. Leading a talented team of IAM engineers, you’ll define engineering standards, mentor colleagues and help build a culture of technical excellence while remaining closely involved in the design and delivery of enterprise scale IAM solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping the IAM roadmap, leading architecture discussions and delivering secure, scalable platforms that support critical business services across the organisation.
Location / WFH:
You’ll join colleagues in the City office four days a week with flexibility to work from home once a week, there is also flexible hours to allow for childcare drop-offs etc.
About you:
- You're BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- You have experience leading or mentoring engineering teams in an enterprise technology environment
- You have strong hands-on experience engineering enterprise IAM, Identity and Access Management solutions
- You have experience with Okta Single Sign-On (SSO), Lifecycle Management, Okta Identity Governance (OIG), experience designing and building solutions using Okta Workflows
- You have experience working with Active Directory in complex enterprise environments
- You have a good knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy and hybrid identity architectures
- You have experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Azure Application Proxy or similar application proxy technologies
- You have strong PowerShell scripting skills with a focus on automation
- You can lead technical initiatives while remaining hands-on with engineering work
