Are you a skilled Database Developer with a deep knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL? You could be progressing your career at a global market data and trading platform provider for cryptocurrency markets.
As a Database Developer you will design, develop and maintain complex Oracle database applications using PL/SQL, creating and optimising SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and triggers. You will develop and implement relational data models to support business requirements, collaborating with cross functional teams to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical specifications. There's a focus on database design, development and stored procedures although there will also be some DBA tasks in collaboration with an external DBA team.
Location / WFH: You can work from home from anywhere in the UK on a fulltime basis, 0900-1800 with some flexibility around start / finish times - please note: you must have the right to work in the UK and be UK based.
About you:
- You have advanced Oracle PL/SQL database design and development experience
- You have a strong knowledge of relational database modelling and database design principles
- You have advanced query writing and optimisation skills of complex SQL stored procedures, functions and triggers
- You're familiar with Oracle tools such as SQL*Plus, SQL Developer and Oracle Enterprise Manager
- You are degree educated in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
