Are you a back end technologist seeking an opportunity to progress your career, working on cutting edge tech within the cryptocurrency space? You could be joining an early stage start-up building a cross chain liquidity platform to revolutionise capital efficiency and permissionless access to liquidity on-chain to build sustainable decentralised markets.
As a Back End Developer you'll join a small technology team, working with Rust on the core platform, building low latency and highly parallelised systems with a focus on the data layer. You'll be tackling complex problems and building highly scalable systems to accommodate large data and traffic volumes whilst maintaining extremely low latencies.
Location / WFH: There's a remote first policy so you can work from home most of the time, with the caveat you'll join the team for three, one week meet-ups per year (global destinations, the last one was in Thailand).
- You have commercial Rust development experience on Linux.
- You have experience of building low latency, parallel services.
- You have experience of building highly scalable systems designed to scale to large data and traffic volumes whilst maintaining extremely low latencies.
- Ideally you will have a good understanding of blockchain fundamentals and mechanics of the EVM.
- You have a strong record of academic achievement in Computer Science.
