As a Lead Software Engineer you will provide technical leadership to two mid-senior Backend Software Engineers and remain hands-on with architecture, design and coding. You'll be heavily involved in technical discussions and decision making, taking ownership of projects, ensuring that best practices are followed and tackling the most challenging problems.

- You have expertise with C# .Net backend development

- You have NoSQL database skills, they use CosmosDB so experience with that would be great
