With a growing portfolio of wind and solar assets across the UK, the business is expanding into energy trading and investing heavily in technology, automation and AI.As a Network Manager you will take ownership of OT network services across power generation sites and a central control centre, ensuring critical infrastructure remains connected, secure and resilient.
You'll lead on network infrastructure, manage external service providers and help strengthen network security and regulatory compliance in a safety critical operational environment.Key responsibilities include:Owning OT network availability, resilience and secure operations across power generation sites and the control centreManaging network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, routing, VPNs and secure remote accessLeading OT / IT network segmentation and boundary protection, applying industrial security principles aligned with IEC 62443Managing third-party network and connectivity providers, overseeing service performance, incidents, escalations and changesSupporting security monitoring, logging, incident response and remediation with internal teams and external security providersEnsuring network controls support applicable NIS obligations, risk management, supply-chain assurance and audit readinessMaintaining network standards, configurations, diagrams, asset records and recovery documentationVisiting operational sites as required for deployments, investigations, audits and stakeholder engagementLocation / WFH: You'll be based in the London office 3-4 days a week or visiting sites, with some flexibility to work from home. xbpsjku About you:You have experience in network engineering, OT networking or infrastructure within a live operational environment
