You could be joining our team at Client Server; a leading technology recruitment consultancy based in Bank, London. Our split-desk approach allows us to specialise in finding exceptional candidates for our diverse client base, including technology start-ups, software houses and financial organisations, whilst being supported by our dedicated Advertising and Business Development Teams.

Recruitment is one of the fastest growing industries in the UK, offering the opportunity to work in a challenging and exciting environment where you can directly determine the level of your success and earning potential (this is NOT a HR role; it is a fast paced sales position where you will have to get used to operating outside of your comfort zone). There’s clear career progression - the speed and level of progression is down to you; one of our directors started as a trainee consultant in the role being advertised here and within four years progressed to Director level.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are keen to progress your career as a tech-focused recruiter and deliver revenue through placements
  • Are able to successfully deliver against KPIs
  • Can demonstrate your interests, competitiveness and determination
