Are you an experienced Product Manager with a strong knowledge of financial trading markets? You could be joining a global FinTech / CFD trading company that has been consistently voted as one of the UKs top employers.
As a Head of Product for the Trading side of the business you will define the product vision, strategy and product roadmap for trading platforms and products, providing leadership to a small team of Product Managers focussed on trading solutions. You'll drive innovation; identifying market trends and opportunities whilst ensuring all product developments meet regulatory requirements and deliver excellence for the user.
Collaborating with engineering, design and compliance teams, you'll represent the Product Team in executive meetings and strategic planning sessions, continually leading product innovation in a hands-on management position.
Location / WFH: There's a hybrid model with two days a week work from home, when you are in the office you'll be based in the City with an upbeat team environment, casual dress code and a range of facilities including roof terrace, restaurant and break out areas.
About you:
- You are an experienced Product Manager with a strong knowledge of financial products
- You have a deep understanding of financial markets, trading platforms and regulatory requirements
- You have experience of managing complex, regulated financial products
- You have advanced leadership skills, with experience of managing high performance product teams
- You have excellent analytical skills and are a data driven decision maker
- You have advanced communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- You are degree educated, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
