Do you have strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with advanced client management skills? You could be progressing your career in a Senior Analyst / Consultant role at a scaling technology company that produces software solutions for the Defence and Civil Aviation sectors.
As a Senior Analyst / Consultant you will work closely with clients within the Defence sector during the initial client engagement stages of scoping requirements and shaping solutions, bridging the gap between the client and the internal technical team. You will build strong working relationships, engaging with clients at a managerial level to help drive change, manage implementations and ensure successful client outcomes.
Location / WFH: You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Guildford office once a week (Tuesdays); you will join a collaborative and diverse team.
About you:
- You have experience in a similar Analyst / Consultant position
- You have advanced logical, critical thinking and problem solving skills, you are able to bring structure and break things down for technical teams
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- You are familiar with Excel, PowerBI, Python
- You have achieved a 2.1 or above in a STEM discipline e.g. Aeronautical Engineering, Mathematics
Please note: You must have SC Clearance (or ability to achieve it - i.e. you must be a British citizen with the past 5 years continually based in the UK) due to the nature of the project / client. Defence or Aviation sector experience is preferred but not essential.
