Google Cloud Support Engineer (GCP Google Workspace) Manchester / WFH to £70k
Are you a GCP Cloud specialist looking for an opportunity to progress your career?
You could be joining a scaling software and technology consultancy.
As a Google Cloud Support Engineer you\'ll support, troubleshoot and optimise Google Cloud (80%) and Google Workspace (20%) solutions across a range of clients, resolving incidents in-line with SLAs. You\'ll act as the primary contact for the client, providing support via Teams / Google Meet, email and the ticketing system, with ownership through to resolution including escalating to and engaging with Google\'s support teams.
Location / WFH:
There\'s a hybrid work from home policy with 2-3 days in the office per week.
About you:
- You have experience of working in a 24x7 technical support environment and working with critical customer production systems
- You are a specialist with Google Cloud and broader cloud technologies including Google Workspace
- You ideally have experience with some of the following: Infrastructure monitoring (configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting), Automation and IaC technologies such as Ansible, Terraform and similar
- You\'re collaborative and pragmatic with great communication and customer service skills
